A credit check is performed to evaluate the applicant's financial responsibility. We review the credit score, outstanding debts, payment history, and other relevant financial information. A strong credit history is preferred, but we understand that not everyone has a perfect score. If you have concerns about your credit, please feel free to provide an explanation with your application.
We conduct a comprehensive background check to ensure the safety and security of our tenants and properties. This includes criminal history, eviction records, and any past legal issues. Our primary focus is on serious offenses and patterns of concerning behavior that might impact the safety of our community.
Rental history is a critical component of our screening process. We contact previous landlords to verify rental payments, property care, lease compliance, and overall conduct as a tenant. A positive rental history is a strong indicator of a good tenant.

Once all screenings are completed, we will evaluate all the information collected. We strive to select tenants who demonstrate financial stability, responsible behavior, and a good fit for our community. Selected applicants will be contacted to discuss lease terms and finalize the rental agreement.
